报告摘要：In this talk I will discuss the modulational approximation to the irrotational and incompressible water waves. In particular, I will show how to use this to study the instability of the water waves.
报告人简介：苏庆堂，中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院数学研究所及晨兴数学中心副研究员，博士毕业于University of Michigna-Ann Arbor。2019年-2022年在南加州大学任助理教授。在水波方程取得了系列成果, 相关成果发表在CMP, ARMA, Annals of PDE等期刊。
